What time does it start?
Doors open at 5:30 for cocktail hour, dinner will begin around 6:15 pm
What is the dress code?
Cocktail attire, but please be comfortable. This is Portland!
What is the parking situation at the venue?
There is ample street parking around the venue. If you need special accommodations for accessibility reasons, please reach out to Bethk@intlschool.org
I have food sensitivities and allergies. How can I avoid exposure?
Please email Bethk@intlschool.org with any nut allergies or food concerns. Our servers are ready to help if we let them know. Your salad will contain hazelnuts unless we know to specify otherwise.
What happens at the gala?
During cocktail hour, we will enjoy passed appetizers and socializing. Check out the Super Silent Auction and Wine Wall or grab a fun photo with friends. Wine, beer, cider, and non-alcoholic drinks are hosted. Cocktails are available at a cost. We have a few remaining specialty drink flights available for purchase in advance! Click here to reserve yours. (This will be the only way to enjoy an espresso martini at the event.)
Dinner and our program will include a live auction of seven special items that we think you will be excited to try to win! As our largest fundraising event of the year, there will also be a broad appeal for support.
The After-Party will feature a dessert bar, DJ, open bar, dancing and socializing, and the return of the TEACHER BAND!
